Porthgain Shellfish was established during the Spring of 2010 with assistance from the Welsh Assembly Government scheme, Cywain Fisheries.
The new business processes and markets the shellfish caught by the three Clarke brothers on their two boats in the picturesque harbour of Porthgain. We helped them develop and implement a clear business and marketing plan for their new venture. The new business was successfully launched during Pembrokeshire Fish Week with a seafood BBQ that attracted over 500 customers.
